Arlo Guthrie saves my wits.
Even as he corrodes yours.
...that's right. I mean you, Rezuri.
<3
So, yeah. Back to college for the third year and enjoying it, though the start has been a bit of a mixed bucket. I got a new laptop- only to have it die. So I had it replaced- only to have its hard drive die. So they shipped me a new one- but forgot to send me the program CDs. Yay yay yay yay.
On the flip side, I'm trying very hard this year to stay organized. Which, for some reason, usually involves cleaning my room everyday. Wierd.
One thing that's always constant, howerever, is the work music. This place eats awesome for breakfast. Also, Arlo Guthrie. <3
EDIT
:3 a Tag. Yay.
Rules:
-list ten songs you absolutely could not live without (at the moment)
-(optional) explain why you love them
-tag someone else
-go listen to music!
1)Ghost Love Score, Nightwish
~I run on this song. Seriously. It's freaking EPIC.
2) Dead to the World, Nightwish
~Really, I'm just putting this one up here because I at one point listened to it somewhere in the range of thirty to forty-six times during one all-nighter homework stretch.
3) Make this go on Forever, Snow Patrol
~Just... love. Everything about this song -especially the base pickup when the chorus kicks in- is made of awesome. (-10 vocabulary points!)
4) Time to Waste, Alkaline Trio
~ Basketcase, silverware-obsessed kleptomaniacs. What more is there to say?
5) Rooftops, The Lost Prophets
~This song should be married to the above. Their offspring would probably be a hideous mutant cyclops- but it would be a giant mutant cyclops who beats lizards into submission with a rawkfist.
6) Dante's Prayer, Loreena McKinnet
~...I really wish I could say something intelligent about this song that consisted of more than the words 'melancholy' and 'joy'. But since I really can't do it any coherant justice, I'll just stop before I start.
7) Bleed it Out, Linkin Park
~I've taken to drawing to this one, lately. Granted, that's true for most any song from Minutes to Midnight (rightfully, it should probably be sharing this spot with 'The Little Things Give You Away', but it doesn't work like that), but the impulsion of it makes it win.
8) How Far We've Come, Matchbox 20
~This one's just fun.
9) Communication Breakdown/Goddsib/XSIII in general
~Haha. How easily I break my own rules. I really wish I had the soundtrack set to the last game. <3
10) Breathe (2am), Anna Nalick
~If I had to give one song that I identify to, this would be it.
I tag yoo. mawahah.

I finally got into BLEACH, too, so now I actually know who the people in your drawings are. ^^
Anyway, I hope to hear from you again soon in some way, shape, or form.
Until then, may God be with you! And good luck, just for tradition's sake.
